1. Acceptance
By accessing Nash PostMaxxer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Nash PostMaxxer helps users connect authorized social accounts, prepare content, schedule posts, and submit content to third-party platforms. Platform availability and capabilities may change.
3. Your accounts
You are responsible for your login credentials, connected accounts, and all activity performed through your workspace. You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant the service the limited permission required to store, process, and transmit that content according to your instructions. You are responsible for ensuring your content and publishing activity comply with law and each platform’s terms.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for unlawful content, spam, deceptive engagement, infringement, unauthorized access, security abuse, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions.
6. Third-party platforms
TikTok and other connected services are independent third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control platform reviews, outages, rate limits, account actions, or content moderation decisions.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Scheduled delivery may be affected by third-party APIs, network failures, or platform policy changes. Review important posts and account status regularly.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risks, unlawful use, platform abuse, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account.
9. Open-source software
